For digital content, the right of withdrawal is excluded once the product has been delivered and accessed.

By purchasing digital products from our store, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal will be waived once the download or access to the purchased content begins.

No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

According to § 356 Abs. 5 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.
