Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Svetlana Iwanowna Kastner.

The presentation of products in the online store is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries before submitting your binding order at any time using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after the order is sent.

We accept your offer within two days by either:

  • Sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate email, or
  • If applicable, executing the payment transaction by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The timing of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see under “Payment”).

The relevant alternative for you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English.

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.

4. Delivery Conditions

We deliver free of shipping costs.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Advance Payment
When choosing the payment method in advance, we will provide you with our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Credit Card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card is charged immediately after placing the order.

SEPA Direct Debit
When placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account debit at least one bank business day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A bank business day is any working day except Saturdays, nationwide public holidays, and the 24th and 31st of December each year. The account debit is made before the goods are shipped.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found in the order process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered and selected PayPal customers according to their criteria. We have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

Apple Pay
We also offer Apple Pay as a payment method. If you choose this option, you’ll be prompted to authenticate and confirm your payment using your Apple device.

Google Pay
Google Pay is also available as a payment option. When selected, you’ll be guided through the payment process using your Google account credentials.

7. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
