1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in our online shop. Our offer is exclusively intended for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or professional activity. An entrepreneur within the meaning of these terms and conditions is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contract Partner, Conclusion of the Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Svetlana Ivanovna Kastner.
By placing the products in our online shop, we are making a binding offer to enter into a contract for the purchase of digital products. You can first place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your final order by using the correction tools provided during the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button (“order with obligation to pay”) and the subsequent confirmation via email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of the Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details and our GTC in text form by email. You can also view the contract text in your customer account.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Provision of Digital Products
Delivery is made exclusively in digital form. After successful payment, you will receive a download link to access the purchased product.
4.2 Availability and Access Rights
The download of the digital product is available immediately after successful payment. We recommend downloading and saving the product immediately, as access may be time-limited.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices valid at the time of the order apply. All prices include the applicable VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
- Credit Card: Your card will be charged immediately after completing the order.
- PayPal: To pay via PayPal, you must have a PayPal account. Confirm the payment during the ordering process.
- Apple Pay: You can pay via Apple Pay using your Apple device. Payment is processed immediately after confirming the order.
- Google Pay: Payment is processed immediately after confirming the order when using Google Pay.
6. Warranty
The statutory warranty provisions apply. Since these are digital products, any defects must be reported to us immediately. In such cases, we offer a corrected version or a replacement product.
7. Rights to Digital Products

By purchasing a digital product, you receive a simple, non-transferable right of use. Any distribution, duplication, or dissemination of the digital content to third parties without our express consent is prohibited. The use is exclusively for personal purposes.
7.2 Copyright
All content offered in our online shop is subject to copyright. Any use beyond personal use requires prior written consent from us or the copyright holder.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Liability for Digital Products
We are only liable for damages caused by the use of digital products in cases of intent or gross negligence. In the event of slight negligence, our liability is limited to typical foreseeable damages.
8.2 Liability for External Links
We assume no liability for the content of external websites linked to from our site. At the time of linking, the websites were checked for legal violations, but continuous monitoring of their content is not possible.
9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access here. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
